About us
Founded in 2020 by master chocolatier Gérald Coniel and Marina Sepping, Billnäs Chocolate Factory is more than just a chocolate shop - we strive to turn every visit into an experience. We believe that chocolate is not just a treat but a journey, and we invite you to be part of it.
To perfect our craft, we traveled to France and Italy, studying traditional chocolate-making techniques before expanding our selection. Our collection includes bold and exotic flavors - spicy, salty, and unexpected combinations that surprise and delight. For those with specific dietary preferences, we also craft sugar-free, gluten-free, and vegan options without compromising on taste. “Our main goal as a company is to create truly exceptional chocolate,” says Gérald.
The quality of our factory's products has been recognized in industry competitions.

We take pride in transparency and invite you to witness the artistry behind every piece of chocolate we make. From bean to bar, every step of our process is an open invitation to explore the magic of chocolate. We welcome everyone to join our workshops and tastings, where chocolate lovers can experience firsthand the craftsmanship and passion behind our creations. And with our beautifully designed, unique packaging, each piece of chocolate becomes a gift in itself - whether for yourself or someone special.
At Billnäs Chocolate Factory, we don’t just make chocolate. We create moments, memories, and indulgences worth savoring.
